Account and data control

Delete your Invemory data or account

Invemory by HrynCo gives you separate controls to delete workspace data while keeping your account, or to permanently delete the account and its associated data.

Delete workspace data without deleting your account

Reset all my data permanently removes your workspace content, including containers, items, QR codes and assignments, shares, contacts, invitations, and activity history.

Your Invemory account remains active, so you can continue to sign in and use it after the reset.

  1. Sign in with the email/password or Google account connected to Invemory.
  2. Open Profile → Data & onboarding.
  3. In Reset workspace data, select Reset all my data.
  4. Review the warning, enter RESET, and confirm permanent workspace-data deletion.
Sign in to delete my data

After signing in, Invemory opens Profile → Data & onboarding, where you can reset your workspace data.

How to delete your account

You must sign in so Invemory can verify that you are deleting your own account.

  1. Sign in with the email/password or Google account connected to Invemory.
  2. Open Profile → Data & onboarding.
  3. In Delete account, select Delete my account.
  4. Review the warning, enter DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.

Data that Invemory deletes

A successful account deletion removes your Invemory account and the associated data controlled by Invemory, including:

  • Profile, authentication records, preferences, and account settings.
  • Containers, items, product records, QR codes, transfers, write-offs, and related workspace data.
  • Invitations, contacts, sharing relationships, and feedback linked to the account.
  • AI usage, credit-wallet records, and Invemory's local subscription and payment state.
  • Uploaded item and product images, including generated thumbnails.

Retention and third-party records

Invemory removes the in-scope account data from its active systems when the deletion succeeds. The deletion cannot be undone.

Transaction records already controlled by a payment provider, and records that another provider must keep for legal, security, or accounting obligations, are governed by that provider's retention rules. Deleting Invemory does not delete your Google or payment-provider account.

If you cannot sign in

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen, or sign in again with the Google account originally connected to Invemory. Authentication is how we verify ownership before deletion.

Never send your password, verification code, access token, or other sign-in secret to support.

Permanent actionAfter confirmation, the account cannot be restored. You would need to register a new account to use Invemory again.
